How long does shipping take?
Shipping times are only an estimate and are not guaranteed. In particular for customers outside of the US, your local customs office may hold the package for extended period of time. We have no control over this and cannot expedite the process.
Please double check your shipping address. We cannot re-ship items due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
If an item does not arrive within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please check with any others at the address that may have received the item and then call your local post office with the tracking number. They will be able to give you more information than we are able to provide. If they are unable to locate the package, please contact us.
